Directions

  1. Peel and boil 450 grams of potatoes for 15 minutes or until soft. Mash the potatoes until smooth.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, black pepper, salt, white pepper powder, corn starch, and 1 tablespoon of cooking oil. Mix thoroughly until a smooth dough forms.

  4. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the pieces for about 9 minutes or until golden and crispy.
