  • 450 grams potatoes, peeled
  • 1/5 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/3 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • 90 grams cornstarch
  • Additional cooking oil (for frying)

Directions

  1. Cut the peeled potatoes into pieces and boil them in water for 15 minutes, until soft.

  4. In a frying pan, heat cooking oil over medium heat. Fry the cakes until they’re golden brown, about 9 minutes.
