Directions
1. Step
Heat a pan over medium heat and add the olive oil. Sauté the chopped onion, chili, and garlic (if using) until soft and fragrant. Add the minced meat and cook until browned. Stir in the tomato paste, cream, and chopped coriander. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and turmeric. Cook for another 2–3 minutes, then set aside to cool.
2. Step
In a large bowl, mix the flour, baker’s yeast, sugar, and salt. Gradually add the lukewarm water, mixing until a smooth dough forms. Knead the dough for about 8–10 minutes until it becomes elastic. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for about 1 hour or until it doubles in size.
3. Step
Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F). Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each into a ball. Flatten each ball, place a spoonful of the meat filling in the center, and seal the edges tightly. Place the stuffed dough balls onto a lined baking tray, seam side down. Bake for approximately 10–15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm and enjoy!
