  • Chicken breast: 350g
  • Chili powder: 1/4 tsp
  • Black pepper: 1/6 tsp
  • Garlic powder: 1/5 tsp
  • Salt: 1/4 tsp
  • Onion powder: 1/5 tsp
  • Soy sauce: 1 tsp
  • Egg: 1
  • Flour: 70g
  • Crispy chicken fried dough mix: 70g
  • Oil (for deep frying)

Directions

  1. Cut 350g of chicken breast into pieces. Lightly flatten the pieces using a wooden mallet or knife handle.

  2. Place the chicken in a bowl. Add the following. Chili powder (1/4 tsp), Black pepper (1/6 tsp), Garlic powder (1/5 tsp), Salt (1/4 tsp), Onion powder (1/5 tsp), Soy sauce (1 tsp), 1 egg (beaten). Mix everything thoroughly to coat the chicken. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.

  3. After marinating, mix the chicken with 70g of flour until coated evenly. Heat oil in a pan for deep frying. Deep fry the chicken for approximately 9 minutes until golden and crispy.
