- 190ml milk
- 25g sugar
- 3g yeast
- 3g salt
- 28g unsalted butter
- 120g onion, chopped
- 300g chicken breast, chopped
- 4g corn starch
- 15ml soy sauce
- 15ml oyster sauce
- Black pepper (to taste)
- 1.5g salt
- 45ml water
- 8g minced garlic
- 30ml cooking oil
- Mozzarella cheese (as needed)
- Bread crumbs (as needed)
- Oil (for deep frying)
