- 200g mushrooms (or more, as desired)
- 200ml broth (or ½ cube dissolved in 200ml hot water)
- 200ml cream
- 1 shallot, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp flour
- Olive oil (or preferred cooking oil)
- Salt, pepper, ginger, dried parsley, and paprika (for seasoning)
