- 20g unsalted butter
- 60g onion, chopped
- 14g (1 tbsp) minced garlic
- 250ml water (or vegetable stock)
- 150g heavy cream
- 100g milk
- 3g (1 tsp) salt
- 15g (3 tbsp) Parmesan cheese
- Black pepper, to taste
- Crushed red pepper (optional)
- Parsley (optional)

Directions
1. Step
