  • 65g (0.3 cup) Unsalted butter
  • 150g (0.6 cup) Milk
  • 90g (0.6 cup) All-purpose or wheat flour
  • 10g (2 tsp) Sugar
  • 1g (1/4 tsp) Salt
  • 4 Eggs
  • 300g (1.3 cup) Heavy cream or whipping cream
  • 25g (2 tbsp) Sugar

Directions

  1. In a saucepan over medium-low heat, combine the unsalted butter, milk, and salt. Stir until the butter melts. Add the flour and knead well until a smooth dough forms. Remove from heat and allow it to cool slightly.

  2. In a bowl, beat the eggs. Gradually incorporate them into the dough, kneading until smooth. Transfer the dough to a piping bag and pipe onto a baking tray into biscuit-sized shapes.
