  • Sugar - 80 grams
  • Butter - 80 grams

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the egg, sugar, vanilla, and salt. Mix well until combined. Add the butter and mix thoroughly. Incorporate the cottage cheese and mix until smooth. Gradually add the flour and baking powder. Mix until a dough forms. Add a little more flour if needed and knead the dough gently with your hands until soft and pliable.

  2. Divide the dough into two equal parts.Roll out one part to a thickness of 3 mm. Cut out 7.5 cm (approx. 3-inch) rounds. Fold 1/3 of each round together and tie lightly. Use a knife to cut along the middle and shape each piece into a flower. Place the shaped dough flowers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  3. Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F). Bake the flowers for 20-30 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
