  • 240 grams of flour
  • 280 grams of cottage cheese
  • 60 grams of butter
  • 1 egg
  • 90 grams of sugar
  • A dash of vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 3 tablespoons of cane sugar

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine the cottage cheese, egg, sugar, vanilla, salt, and butter. Mix well. Once the mixture is smooth, add the baking powder and flour. Stir to combine. Gradually add a bit more flour as needed and knead the dough with your hands until it’s soft.

  2. Roll out the dough into a flat surface. Sprinkle the 3 tablespoons of cane sugar over the rolled-out dough. Cut the dough into four pieces and then divide each piece into smaller sections. Arrange the pieces on a baking sheet.

  3. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake the dough for 15-18 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
