- 280 grams of cottage cheese
- 60 grams of butter
- 1 egg
- 90 grams of sugar
- A dash of vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 3 tablespoons of cane sugar

In a bowl, combine the cottage cheese, egg, sugar, vanilla, salt, and butter. Mix well. Once the mixture is smooth, add the baking powder and flour. Stir to combine. Gradually add a bit more flour as needed and knead the dough with your hands until it’s soft.
