  • Condensed milk
  • 2 slices of mozzarella cheese
  • 1 egg
  • Sugar

Directions

  1. Cut 2 slices of bread into triangles using a knife. Place the bread triangles on a tray and spread condensed milk over them. Trim the mozzarella slices to fit the bread and layer them on top.

  2. Cut the remaining 2 slices of bread into triangles and place them on top of the cheese. Brush the tops with beaten egg and sprinkle with sugar.
