Directions
-
Grind 60 g of coffee beans and place them in a sieve. Pour 650 ml of 80°C hot water over the coffee grounds to extract liquid coffee.
-
In a saucepan, combine 300 ml milk, 20 g sweetened condensed milk, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 30 g sugar, and 5 g agar agar powder. Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring continuously until well combined.
-
In a separate bowl, mix 100 ml milk with 150 ml of the heated milk mixture. Stir until smooth and uniform.
-
In another bowl, mix 100 ml of liquid coffee with 150 ml of the heated milk mixture. Pour the coffee-milk mixture into small round molds, alternating layers with the white milk mixture. Refrigerate the molds until set.
-
In a bowl, combine 300 ml of coffee, 30 g sugar, and 5 g agar agar powder. Heat the mixture while stirring until fully dissolved. Mix the heated coffee mixture with 200 ml of additional coffee.
-
Remove the round balls from the refrigerator. Pour a small amount of the coffee mixture into a serving dish and let it cool slightly. Arrange the round balls in the dish, layering them as desired. Pour more coffee mixture over the balls, allowing it to cool and set between layers. Repeat the process, finishing with a top layer of round balls.
