  • 5 g instant coffee + 2 tbsp water (or coffee extract)
  • 2 tbsp icing sugar
  • 120 g dark chocolate
  • 120 g full cream (30% fat)
  • 20 g butter
  • 180 ml coffee
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 80 g dark chocolate
  • 80 g full cream (30% fat)
  • 20 g butter

Directions
