In a large mixing bowl, combine: 1 egg, 70 g sugar, Pinch of salt Whisk until well combined. Add: 70 ml oil,125 g curd, Zest of 1 orange, 150 ml orange juice. Mix thoroughly. Then, incorporate: 100 g coconut flour, 300 g semolina, 12 g baking powder. Mix until you achieve a smooth, even batter.

Shape the batter into small balls. Sprinkle a little baking powder over them. Arrange the balls on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
