  • 300 g 00 flour
  • Jam (for topping)

Directions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, vanilla, and a pinch of salt until the mixture is light and fluffy. Gradually add the sunflower seed oil and orange juice, mixing well.
