  • 7 g gelatin powder
  • 60 ml milk

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, combine 250 ml milk, 400 ml coconut milk, and 50 g sugar. Use a whisk to mix thoroughly, then heat gently on low heat, stirring occasionally. Do not boil.

  2. In a small bowl, combine 7 g gelatin powder with 60 ml milk, stirring until the gelatin is fully dissolved. Add this mixture to the warm milk mixture in the pan, stirring well to ensure even blending.

  3. Pour the prepared mixture into an ice cream container or a similar mold. Place it in the refrigerator for 4 hours or until set.
