- 50 g sugar
- 50 ml oil
- 150 g curd
- 8 g lemon zest
- 7 g baking powder
- 200 g semolina
- 40 g coconut flour
- Jam (for filling)

In a bowl, combine: 1 egg, 50 g sugar, 50 ml oil. Mix well. Add 150 g curd and 40 g coconut flour to the mixture, and mix again. Add 200 g semolina and 7 g baking powder. Stir everything until well combined.

Cover the mixture with plastic wrap (or polythene) and let it rest for 5 minutes. After resting, mix the semolina, coconut flour, and lemon zest together.

Take small portions of the batter and shape them into balls. Create a small hole in the center of each ball. Fill the hole with jam. Place the balls on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
