In a bowl, combine hot milk, sugar, vanilla, and a pinch of salt. Mix well. Add butter and mix thoroughly. Beat in the egg and mix until smooth. Add the baking powder and gradually incorporate flour (400-450 g) to form a soft dough. Use your hands if needed to ensure everything is well mixed.
