In a bowl, combine: 2 eggs, 180 g sugar, 1 pinch of vanilla, 1 pinch of salt. Mix until well combined. Add 180 g butter and mix again. Gradually add 380 g flour and mix to form a soft dough. If needed, add extra flour (1-2 tablespoons) for consistency. Divide the dough into 3 equal parts.

Take 1/3 of the dough and add 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder. Mix with your hands until a soft cocoa dough forms. For the remaining 2/3 of the dough, add 1/2 tablespoon of flour and mix to form a soft dough.

Roll out the cocoa dough between sheets of parchment paper. Cut into 5 cm rounds using a cookie cutter. Place the rounds on a baking sheet and bake at 180°C (356°F) for 10-12 minutes.
