  • 125g vanilla yogurt
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 70ml vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • Orange peel (zested)
  • Pinch of salt
  • Apricot jam
  • Coconut flour

Directions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the egg, a pinch of salt, sugar, orange zest, vegetable oil, and vanilla yogurt. Stir until well blended. In a separate bowl, mix the all-purpose flour and baking powder. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until a smooth dough forms.
