Combine 220 grams of oat flour, 7 grams of baking powder, and cinnamon in a bowl. Set aside.

In another bowl, whisk together 1 egg, 80 grams of sugar, and a pinch of salt until smooth. Add the softened butter and mix well.
Gradually add the oat flour mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until a dough forms. If the dough is too dry, add a small amount of water. Shape the dough into a ball. -
