Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine warm milk, dry yeast, and sugar. Let the mixture sit for a few minutes until the yeast activates. Add seed oil, egg, vanilla, flour, and salt. Mix until the ingredients are well combined and form a soft dough.

  2. Lightly grease a bowl with a small amount of oil, place the dough inside, and cover it with plastic wrap and a cloth. Let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until it doubles in size.

  3. In a separate bowl, mix softened butter, sugar, cinnamon, and cocoa powder until smooth and well blended.

  4. Roll the risen dough into a large square shape. Spread the butter mixture evenly over the surface. Roll the dough tightly into a log and cut it into small equal-sized pieces.

  5. Place the pieces on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Cover them with plastic wrap and let them rest for 20 minutes.

  6. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Bake the rolls for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
