  • 30 g cocoa powder
  • 290 g cake flour

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine 220 g unsalted butter, 120 g powdered sugar, and 100 g heavy whipping cream. Use a hand mixer to blend until smooth. Sift 290 g cake flour and 30 g cocoa powder into the mixture, then mix thoroughly to form a dough. Transfer the dough into a piping bag.

  2. Preheat a baking tray. Using the piping bag, shape the dough onto the tray as demonstrated in the video. Bake at 160°C (320°F) for 20 minutes, then remove from the oven and let cool.

  3. Decorate the cooled biscuits with white chocolate and candy as desired before serving.
