  • 60 grams cocoa powder
  • 250 grams dark chocolate (divided)
  • 100 grams butter
  • 500 grams cookies
  • 170 grams peanuts (divided)
  • 20 ml vegetable oil

Directions

  1. In a frying pan, combine 120 grams of sugar, 250 ml of milk, and 60 grams of cocoa powder. Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring continuously until it thickens. Once thickened, add 100 grams of dark chocolate and 100 grams of butter. Stir well until fully combined.

  2. Crush 500 grams of cookies into small pieces and chop 150 grams of peanuts. Add the prepared cocoa mixture to the cookie and peanut pieces. Mix thoroughly to coat everything evenly. Transfer the mixture into a polymer bag or mold, pressing it into shape. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours until set. After chilling, remove the mixture, cut it into pieces, and return the pieces to the refrigerator.

  3. Melt the remaining 150 grams of dark chocolate in a frying pan. Mix in 20 ml of vegetable oil and the remaining 20 grams of chopped peanuts. Stir until smooth. Dip the chilled pieces into the melted chocolate mixture, ensuring they are fully coated. Allow the coated pieces to set before serving. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator.
