Directions
-
Soak the dates in cold water. Meanwhile, lightly toast 30g of oat flakes in a frying pan until golden brown.
-
Remove the pits from the dates, then blend the dates, toasted oats, and almonds until they form a coarse mixture. Pour this into a bowl and add 15g of roasted sesame seeds, 20g of pumpkin seeds, and 30g of peanuts. Toast this mixture until it’s lightly browned. Chop the peanuts into small pieces and combine them with 15g of honey. Mix well with your hands.
-
Shape the mixture into a dough and press it firmly into a mold. Refrigerate the mold for 15 minutes. While waiting, melt 130g of dark chocolate in a pan over medium heat, stirring until smooth.
-
Add 20ml of vegetable oil to the melted chocolate, mixing thoroughly. Pour the chocolate mixture over the dough in the mold, then sprinkle with 10g of pumpkin seeds for decoration. Refrigerate until set.
