Directions
1. Prepare the Custard
In a saucepan, mix eggs, sugar, cornstarch, and milk well. Cook over medium heat until the mixture thickens. Add butter and chocolate, stir well until melted. Pour into a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let it cool.
2. Make the Dough and Bake
In a bowl, combine powdered sugar, flour, softened butter, and 1 egg to make a dough. Roll it out and bake at 180°C for 20–25 minutes. Once cooled, cut into even cookie pieces.
3. Prepare the Cream Mixture
Mix 3 tablespoons of the custard filling with 200ml cream and whisk well. Fill this mixture into a piping bag.
4. Assemble the Dessert Layers
Take a 25×20 cm dish. Place a cookie layer at the bottom, then pipe the cream mixture. Repeat the layers and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
5. Make the Topping and Serve
Melt 85g chocolate with 70ml cream in a pan. Pour over the dessert, cool slightly, and serve.
