Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the following: Eggs (4 pcs), Sugar (200 gms), Salt (a pinch), Vanilla sugar (10 gms), Sour cream (200 gms), Vegetable oil (150 ml), Flour (450 gms), Baking powder (10 gms). Mix until a smooth, uniform batter is formed.

  2. Pour the prepared dough into a baking dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 10 to 15 minutes. Once done, remove the baked dough from the oven and let it cool completely.

  3. In a separate bowl, mix: Sour cream (700 gms), Condensed milk (200 gms). Soak the cooled baked dough in the sour cream mixture. Arrange it in layers or as desired in a serving dish. Allow it to set for 2 to 3 hours in the refrigerator for optimal flavor and texture.

  4. Melt the milk chocolate (50 gms) and transfer it into a piping cone or paper cone. Drizzle the chocolate decoratively over the top of the dish.
