Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine 190 grams of soft butter, 75 grams of icing sugar, 1 egg white, a pinch of salt, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Mix these ingredients until well combined. Then, gradually add 225 grams of flour and mix until a dough forms. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and chill it for about 30 minutes.

  2. Roll out the dough evenly to your desired thickness. Place it on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 20 minutes or until lightly golden.

  3. After baking, remove the tray from the oven and let the baked dough cool slightly. Melt 150 grams of dark or milk chocolate and spread it evenly over one side of the baked dough. Let the chocolate set before serving. Enjoy!
