Directions
1. Cake Batter
In a large bowl, mix eggs, salt, sugar, flour, cocoa powder, water, and baking powder well.
2. Baking
Pour the mixture into the baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 35 minutes.
3. Vanilla Cream
In a pan, combine sugar, vanilla sugar, cornstarch, condensed milk, regular milk, and eggs. Heat slowly, stirring constantly until thickened. Let it cool.
4. Cutting the Cake
Once the cake has cooled, cut it horizontally into two layers.
5. Soaking Layer
Mix hot milk and sugar, then pour it over one layer of the cake.
6. Filling
Beat the softened butter and mix it with the prepared vanilla cream. Spread it on the cake layer and cover with the other.
7. Chocolate Topping
Melt chocolate and cream together. Pour over the cake. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours.
