- 4.2 ounces (120 grams) dates, soaked in hot water
- 7 ounces (200 grams) cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup (20 grams) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons butter or coconut oil
- 4.2 ounces (120 grams) chocolate
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
