Directions

1. Step

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, a pinch of salt, vanilla sugar, and regular sugar. Add the oil and mix well. In a separate bowl, stir the milk and 1 teaspoon of instant coffee until dissolved. Pour the coffee-milk mixture into the egg mixture and stir to combine.

In another bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until smooth and well combined.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a cake mold and pour in the batter.Bake for approximately 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let the cake cool before moving to the next step.

In a small bowl, dissolve 1 tablespoon of sugar and 1 tablespoon of instant coffee in 150ml of hot water. Evenly drizzle the coffee syrup over the cake to enhance its flavor and moisture.
