  • Vanilla Sugar: 8 g

  • Milk: 260 ml
  • Vegetable Oil: 60 ml
  • Butter: 60 g
  • Eggs: 2
  • Chocolate: 100 g
  • Additional Vegetable Oil: 1–2 tbsp

Directions

  1. Prepare the Batter In a large mixing bowl, combine:
    Flour (230 g) Cocoa powder (65 g) Sugar (280 g)
    A pinch of salt Vanilla sugar (8 g) .Baking powder (10 g)
    Eggs (2) ,Butter (60 g), melted ,Vegetable oil (60 ml) ,Milk (260 ml) Mix until the batter is smooth and well combined.

  2. Bake the Cake
    Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F). Grease and line a 20 cm (8-inch) round cake tin.Pour the batter into the prepared tin and smooth the surface. Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow the cake to cool in the tin for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

  3. Prepare the Chocolate Glaze In a small bowl, melt the chocolate (100 g) and mix with 1–2 tbsp of vegetable oil until smooth and glossy. Spread the chocolate glaze evenly over the cooled cake.
