Directions
-
In a bowl, combine: 150 g butter, 2 tbsp vegetable oil, 100 g powdered sugar, 1 pinch of vanilla, 1 pinch of salt. Mix well until smooth. Add 1 egg and mix thoroughly. Gradually add 60 g cornstarch and 280-300 g flour, mixing until a soft dough forms.
If necessary, add a little more flour while kneading by hand to achieve a soft dough consistency. -
Split the dough into two equal portions: First Portion: Add 1 tbsp of flour and mix thoroughly by hand. Second Portion: Add 1 tbsp of cocoa powder and mix thoroughly by hand.
-
Roll out the plain dough (the portion mixed with extra flour) on a sheet of parchment paper. Use a slotted spoon to create decorative marks on the surface. Use a small biscuit cutter to cut into desired shapes. Place the pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 10 minutes.

Roll out the cocoa dough on parchment paper and place another sheet of paper on top to prevent sticking. Repeat the process of marking the dough with a slotted spoon and cutting with a biscuit cutter. Place the shaped pieces on a lined baking sheet.
Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 10 minutes. -
Allow the biscuits to cool after baking. Spread chocolate paste on one biscuit and top with another to create a sandwich. Lightly sprinkle the assembled biscuits with powdered sugar.
