Directions

  1. Lightly boil 2 packs of roasted chestnuts with 60 grams of milk in a small saucepan. Blend the mixture until smooth using a blender. Taste to ensure the desired flavor and let the paste cool in the refrigerator.

  2. In a bowl, mix 50 grams of cream cheese with the cooled chestnut paste until well combined.

  3. In another bowl, whip 150 grams of heavy cream with 20 grams of sugar until it thickens. Fold in the chestnut paste and cream cheese mixture until smooth.

  4. Soak 3 pieces of digestive biscuits in oat latte (or your preferred milk alternative). Layer half of the cream mixture over the biscuits for texture. Add a layer of digestive biscuits, chocolate, and granola to cover the cream completely.
