- 10 large dates (washed in hot water)
- 1 cup (100 g) of oatmeal
- 1 cup (100 g) of walnuts
- 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) of milk (any type you prefer)
- 1 cup (100 g) of cherries
