Ingredients

  • 10 large dates (washed in hot water)
  • 1 cup (100 g) of oatmeal
  • 1 cup (100 g) of walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) of milk (any type you prefer)
  • 1 cup (100 g) of cherries

Directions

  1. Soak the 10 large dates in a bowl of warm water for about 10 minutes to soften them.

  2. In a blender, combine the oatmeal, walnuts, and soaked dates (peeled and chopped). Blend until the mixture is well combined and forms a coarse texture.

  3. Transfer the mixture to a bowl. Add the coconut oil, milk, and cherries. Mix until everything is evenly combined.
