- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 can of tuna (120g)
- Fresh coriander or other aromatic herbs, chopped
- 70g grated cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Chili powder, to taste (optional)
- Oil, for frying
- Lettuce leaves, for garnish
- Spring roll wrappers or similar pastry sheets

Directions
