Directions
1. Prepare the potatoes
Slice the sweet potatoes into thin rounds.
2. Begin cooking
Heat a pan with a little oil and 1 tablespoon of butter. Arrange the sweet potato slices in the pan. Cover and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
3. Flip and continue cooking
After 5 minutes, uncover and flip the potato slices. Cover again and cook for another 3 minutes.
4. Brown the slices
Uncover and lightly brown the potato slices. Arrange them in a circular pattern with a small space in the center.
5. Add the cheese mix
In a small bowl, mix cheddar and mozzarella cheeses with a little milk. Pour the mixture into the center of the pan. Cover lightly and allow the cheese to melt for 2–3 minutes.
