  • Half a block of tofu (200 grams)
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder

Directions

  1. Microwave the tofu for 1-2 minutes to remove excess moisture. After microwaving, place the tofu in a cloth bag over a bowl. Squeeze out the water thoroughly.

After 12 minutes, remove the lid, flip the pancake using a spoon, coat the flipped side with oil, cover again, and cook for another 8 minutes.
