In a bowl, combine 80 ml of milk, 40 g of sugar, and 5 g of yeast. Stir until well mixed.

Add 250 g of all-purpose flour to the mixture and knead to form a dough.

Incorporate 30 g of butter into the dough, kneading it until the texture becomes soft and smooth. Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Peel and dice 160 g of potatoes, then boil them for 15 minutes. Mash the potatoes and mix them with 1 teaspoon of mayonnaise, black pepper to taste, and 1/6 teaspoon of salt.

After 1 hour, roll the dough into a 22 cm round sheet. Place the mashed potato mixture in the center and sprinkle 150 g of mozzarella cheese on top.
