  • 400 grams potatoes

  • 2 teaspoons red chili powder

  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1.5 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oligosaccharide

Directions

  1. Finely grind the potatoes (400 grams) and place them in a bowl. Add salt (1 teaspoon), red chili powder (2 teaspoons), Parmesan cheese powder (2 teaspoons), and potato starch (2 tablespoons). Mix until well combined.

  2. Heat cooking oil in a pan. Add the potato mixture and fry while covered for 4 minutes. Cook thoroughly, then uncover and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
