  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 60 g mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil, plus extra for frying
