  • 1/6 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/3 tsp chili powder
  • 15 g green onion, finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 50 g mozzarella cheese, grated or cubed
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil

Directions
