Directions
1. Prepare the Potatoes
Cut the potatoes into your desired shape (dice or sticks). Sprinkle a little water over them in a bowl and microwave for 3 minutes at 700W.
2. Chop Onion and Bacon
While the potatoes are microwaving, chop the onion and bacon.
3. Fry the Potatoes
