- 2 medium potatoes
- 15 g bacon crumbs

- 15 g mayonnaise

In a bowl, combine 90 ml of milk, 1 g salt, and 150 g of all-purpose or wheat flour. Mix the ingredients with a spatula, then add 15 ml of unsalted butter. Knead the mixture to form a smooth dough. Cover it with plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes.
