Finely chop the potatoes and place them in a bowl. Add 1/3 tsp of salt and a drizzle of olive oil. Mix well and spread the mixture evenly in the bowl. Press the mixture down with a spoon to form a compact layer.

Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F). Bake the potato mixture for 20 minutes. Once done, remove the dish from the oven and spread a layer of tomato spaghetti sauce over the hot potato base. Use mayonnaise to create a border around the edges, and then fill the center with mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
