Directions
1. Step
Slice the tomato into 5 rounds. In a bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt.
2. Step
Heat a pan over low heat and add a little butter. Pour in the beaten eggs and stir gently to scramble. Once the eggs are pale yellow and set, spread them evenly in the pan.
3. Step
Place a slice of bread directly on top of the cooked eggs. Spread a little butter on the bread and let it toast for a few seconds. Carefully flip the entire egg and bread over so the bread is now on the bottom.
4.
Place a slice of cheese on top of the eggs. Add the ham slices, followed by the sliced tomatoes. Drizzle with honey mustard sauce. Add the lettuce and another slice of cheese. Top with the second slice of bread and spread a little butter on it.
5. Step
Press the sandwich lightly and toast both sides until golden brown. Remove from the pan, slice in half, and enjoy!
