Ingredients

  • 3 potatoes (600 grams)
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • 15 grams unsalted butter
  • 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Directions

  1. Cut the 3 potatoes into bite-sized pieces and place them in a bowl. Add a little salt and water, then mix well. Microwave the potatoes for 10–12 minutes until tender. Once done, use a spoon to scoop out the centers slightly, creating space for the filling.

  2. Shape the scooped potato portions into small balls. Place a piece of mozzarella cheese in the center of each ball and close it tightly.

  3. Melt 15 grams of unsalted butter in the microwave for 3 seconds. Mix in 1/2 tablespoon of minced garlic and 1 tablespoon of honey to make the garlic butter sauce. Brush the sauce onto the prepared potato balls. Sprinkle with extra mozzarella cheese. Air fry at 170°C (340°F) for 10 minutes until golden and crispy.
