- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon sugar (for the topping)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (for the topping)
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 100g mozzarella cheese

In a bowl, combine 60g of milk, 60g of water, 10g of egg yolk, 3g of instant dry yeast, 200g of wheat flour, 20g of sugar, 4g of salt, and 15g of unsalted butter. Mix well for about 10 minutes until the dough is smooth. Cover the bowl with a plastic bag or kitchen wrap and place it in a warm place to rise for 1–2 hours, or until doubled in size.

In another bowl, prepare the topping by mixing 20g of unsalted butter, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of sweetened condensed milk, and 1 teaspoon of dried parsley. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined.

Once the dough has risen, transfer it to an oven-safe pan. Shape the dough into a square or desired shape, then spread the garlic-butter mixture evenly over the dough. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top.
