Directions
1. Prepare ingredients
Chop the spring onions, carrots, and sausage into small pieces.
2. Make the rice mix
In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, chopped ingredients, and curry powder. Mix well and divide into 4 equal portions.
3. Form the rice balls
On a piece of plastic wrap, spread one portion of rice. Place a piece of cheddar cheese in the center. Use the wrap to shape the rice into a triangle.
4. Make the sauce
In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, cooking wine, and oligosaccharide (or honey) to make the sauce.
5. Cook the rice balls
Heat a little oil in a pan. Fry the rice balls over medium heat. Brush the sauce onto each side and reduce the heat. Flip and brush sauce on the other side as well. Cook until both sides are golden brown.
6. Serve
Remove from the pan and serve with ketchup and parsley on top.
