Ingredients
- 6 tortillas
- 6 slices of cheddar cheese
- 400g chicken breast
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced or made into a paste
- 2 tablespoons fresh or liquid cream
- 1 handful fresh coriander, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ cup shredded cabbage (for garnish)

Directions
1. Step
Heat a little oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chicken breast and cook until golden brown. Add the chopped onion, garlic, salt, curry powder, black pepper, and coriander. Stir well and cook for another 10 minutes with the lid on.

Place a slice of cheddar cheese on each tortilla. Evenly distribute the cooked chicken mixture onto the tortillas and roll them up tightly.
3. Step
In a small pan, mix 2 tablespoons of fresh cream with (clarify: what kind of jam? Sweet or savory?) and heat until combined. Pour the sauce over the tortillas and top with shredded cabbage and more coriander. Place the tortillas in a baking dish and bake at 200°C (392°F) for 20 minutes.
